VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 16, 2007) - Inc. He will report directly to Chairman and CEO Geoffrey Hampson.

Prior to joining Monitor, Mr. Melville was CEO of SteelTrace, a leading provider of business process and requirements management software. Mr. Melville sold SteelTrace to Compuware Corporation in 2006. Prior to SteelTrace, Mr. Melville was the Vice President of Corporate Development at MobShop, a pioneer in Online Commerce.
