The goal of the campaign was to harness the power of CLIQ audience intelligence and precision targeting to identify Pivot's most desirable audience segments, reach users ripe for conversion and engage current and new Fans.
In order to achieve the overall goals, a mix of creative ad formats and messaging were utilized. Three campaigns raised the Likes around the conference agenda, webinar and conference registration. The live chat click-out campaign focused on improving participation in Pivot's live chat by driving traffic off Facebook to Pivotcon.com, and the sponsored story campaign worked to expand the Fan base through mobile and desktop ad placements. The combined results of these five campaigns led to Pivot's higher social engagement rates and helped bolster conference attendance registration.

Additionally, Compass Labs was also able to identify that the unique engaged audience segments for Pivot include 35-55 year old men and women, Fans of news sites, online forums and photo sharing sites and users who are interested in reality television and fantasy/science fiction shows.
