Compendium Launches Content Marketing Hub Solution

New Approach to Content Marketing Is More Interactive and Easier to Update

INDIANAPOLIS, IN--(Marketwire - Jul 10, 2012) -  Compendium (, a content marketing platform, launched the new version of its software: a content marketing hub that completely changes the way marketers distribute content. The new Compendium Content Hub give marketers an immersive platform for all its content, including blogs, webinars, videos, marketing materials and social media posts, then facilitates the distribution of the content via various channels.

"The trend is for organizations to be their own publishers, and our new hub concept provides the flexibility of a media publishing website so content is more dynamic, immersive and easier to access," said Frank Dale, president and CEO of Compendium.

The Compendium Content Hub makes it easier for marketers to connect with their audiences by presenting information by categories and topics, not by recent posts. This flexibility in how content is presented also better enables organizations to use multimedia to convey their messages on various platforms.

"Like many businesses, our customers come to our blog looking for specific information," said Rachel Farris, director of operations at "We have been discussing how we can take our blog to the next level by making it more interactive and dynamic. The Compendium Content Hub will help us do this and will enable a better customer experience."

Another benefit of the Compendium Content Hub is the ability to easily create HTML content, a skill most content marketers and web designers already possess. Previously, Compendium used a proprietary system that content marketers had to learn. Now marketers can easily update and manage their own content.

The hub also provides direct integration of streams from social media channels, including Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and others.

Compendium will host a webinar, "How to create personas for your content marketing strategy." Creating and maintaining personas is the number one building block when it comes to an effective content marketing plan. The webinar is on Thursday, July 26, 2-3 pm Eastern. Registration is at
