Competitive Games International Signs Agreement With U.S. Game Developer, Freshgames.Com, to Add FreakOut™ to Company's Growing List of Games

PANAMA CITY--(Marketwire - March 4, 2008) - Competitive Games International (PINKSHEETS: CGMI), a new player in the growing Casual Games market, today announced that the Company has signed a licensing agreement for use of the game FreakOut™, by Fresh Games, a U.S.-based game developer. FreakOut™ is a popularly branded, dynamic puzzle game for recreational play in the rapidly growing casual games market.

Fresh Games specializes in creating branded licensed gaming solutions. Under the terms of the licensing agreement, Competitive Games will not only include, but highlight FreakOut™ in its existing portfolio of casual games. The newly licensed game will now be integrated into the Company's website and available for tournament play. FreakOut™ is a very high quality skill game that uniquely tests players' puzzle solving skills by challenging them to clear the game board while dodging obstacles in increasing levels of difficulty.

Competitive Games sought FreakOut™ in order to expand its game player demographic. Statistics show that women and individuals over 50 make up a significant percentage of Skill Game players. Competitive Games believes that FreakOut™ will appeal to a younger demographic and help to continue to expand its user base.

Julio Collado, President of Competitive Games International, stated, "We are very pleased to be working with Fresh Games and to have obtained such a high quality game such as FreakOut™. By adding dynamic puzzle games, such as FreakOut™, we will be able to reach out to an even wider demographic of casual game players. There is little question that we have just added a top tier game to our portfolio."
