Compliance Mandates Spur Record Revenue & Customer Growth at LogLogic

Doubles Customers Year-On-Year, Increases Revenue Three Times; Expands Executive Team; Launches New Version of Open Source Log Management Tool: Project Lasso

SAN JOSE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 29, 2007 -- Enterprise demand for log management and intelligence solutions to answer compliance mandates and Enterprise threats spurred LogLogic to record revenue and customer growth in 2006. By doubling customers to over 300 -- including many from the Fortune 100 -- LogLogic affirmed its place as the proven market leader in the fast growing Log Management and Intelligence (LMI) market. Log Management and Intelligence (LMI) has moved from a routine IT activity to a requirement for continuous compliance with regulations, industry mandates and IT policies.

"Log files provide an immutable fingerprint of IT and user activity when collected, processed and stored correctly," said Chris Brennan, CEO, LogLogic. "Driven by compliance mandates, the risk surrounding information assets and the need to drive new efficiency into IT operations, we see a vibrant and growing LMI Market that is driving a quarterly revenue rate of more than triple that of the same quarter last year."

Over the past year LogLogic has expanded its executive leadership team adding Robert Yusin, VP Sales and Operations, Americas and EMEA, and, Richard Hornstein as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. Yusin, 43, previously held senior roles at Symantec Corporation and a number of successful start-ups. Hornstein, 44, brings over 20 years of CPA and legal experience, more than half as a member of the executive staff of public and non-public companies (including Network Associates (n/k/a McAfee, Inc.; OpenTV and Resonate, Inc.).

"Fueled by significant growth in our customer base we have nearly doubled the size of our sales team to responsively address demand from new customers and channel partners. And we have doubled our engineering resources to increase the velocity of our product development in the market," continued Brennan.

LogLogic's Log Management and Intelligence platform provides a higher level of reporting and auditing, securely storing all raw log data for on-demand retrieval or historical analysis. Breakthrough technologies like Agile Reporting and Open Log Services are setting the standard for the log management industry. Installed within just minutes, LogLogic's solution aggregates high volumes of log data and offers fast automating log data archival, providing more secure log data retention.

"Our continued technological innovations, our new product momentum, and the improvements we have made to our sales force and distribution channels position us to meet the demands of the market growth potential and assure the highest quality execution consistent with being the market leader in LMI," concluded Brennan.

Over the past year LogLogic unveiled six major product releases including updates and enhancements to its award-winning LogLogic LMI platform with new Compliance and Control Suites™ targeting SOX, FISMA, HIPAA, PCI, ITIL, CoBIT and ISO.

New Version of Project Lasso Launches
