Compliance Resource Group to Become EnerBrite Technologies

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - June 14, 2007) - Compliance Resource Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CPLE) announced today that it has changed its name to EnerBrite Technologies Group, Inc. As part of the name change, a new trading symbol (ETGP) and CUSIP number have been assigned to the company's stock. Shares of CPLE will automatically be converted to the new symbol.
