Compushare Appoints Michael Johnson as Client Technology Officer to Support the Central Region's Financial Institution Clients in Setting Strategies for Strategic Technology Success

IRVING, TX--(Marketwire - August 31, 2009) - National financial technology management company, Compushare, Inc., announced today the appointment of Michael Johnson to a key client management role within the Company's Central communities. As Client Technology Officer, Johnson will serve as a dedicated strategic resource for the region's technology outsourcing clients, assisting in planning initiatives and coordinating the firm-to-firm relationship between the institution and Compushare.

Johnson will play an integral role for these institutions, enabling the strategic management of technology plans and helping clients to better navigate the annual IT Lifecycle. Compushare continues to employ a significant focus on client satisfaction, regularly soliciting feedback on the client experience and extending innovative programs to maximize the value and efficiency received by clients partnering with Compushare.

The Company has recently undertaken various steps to further strengthen the Central region's community-based management team, including the launch of the new Client Technology Officer role. Johnson brings an extensive background of over 18 years experience in executive-level technology leadership for financial institutions and related industries. Within the Compushare team, Johnson previously served as Consulting Manager leading service delivery efforts in the Central community. Most recently, Johnson served within the Offering Excellence Group as Offering Manager providing his expertise in ensuring the effective matching of solutions to the unique needs of the community financial institution client.
