Compushare and Atlantic Central Bankers Bank to Unveil Converged Network Utilities and Services Solution for Community Banks at Annual FMS East Coast Regional Conference

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ--(Marketwire - September 21, 2007) - Compushare, Inc. of Orange County, California, Atlantic Central Bankers Bank (ACBB) and Banking Infrastructure and Technology Service (BITS) of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania will unveil a new technology and managed services utility network for Community Banks, named I2 Bank Network, on September 24th at the Financial Managers Society East Coast Regional Meeting in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The new cost-saving service combines the IP Telephony and converged network data infrastructure of BITS with Compushare managed services content. Community bank branches may easily connect into the cost-effective, regulatory compliant and secure utility services, dramatically leveling the playing field against their large mega-banks competitors.

"Simply connect branches into the I2 Bank Network and begin enjoying significant infrastructure cost savings, improved network performance and lowered system and data integrity risks," said Chuck Daniels, CEO of BITS. "Combined with the robust suite of managed services from Compushare now available over our private BITS infrastructure, a bank can get all their data, voice and network services over a single connection. The total cost of ownership savings is immediate -- between 25% and 40% on average."

Compushare and Atlantic Central Bankers Bank (ACBB) announced a partnership alliance in June of 2007 and have moved quickly to combine their banking expertise, technology advancements and offerings into the I2 Bank Network brand. The community banking industry has been harangued with excessive circuit and connection fees by telecommunications and core service providers for years. This same industry has simultaneously experienced increased regulatory pressure and scrutiny to protect customer data and LAN/WAN infrastructure from systemic Internet threats and internal vulnerabilities. Compushare and BITS have focused independently for years on each of these concerns -- by combining solutions into one service, access by community banks has been simplified and centralized.

"We are celebrating this joining of competencies that will greatly benefit the community banking industry. The I2 Bank Network is the first of its kind in the nation and can be delivered safely and successfully through partnership with ACBB and BITS. ACBB's credibility in the Mid-Atlantic Community is impeccable and CEO Jon Evans is nationally recognized as a visionary with his creation of BITS some years ago. Compushare is excited at this opportunity to delivery our bank-proven solutions directly to the community banker and begin to change the paradigm," said Romir Bosu, CEO of Compushare.
