Compushare Makes Key Management Appointments to Strengthen Focus on Technology Success for California Community Financial Institution Clients

SANTA ANA, CA--(Marketwire - May 2, 2008) - Compushare, Inc. of Orange County, California announced today the appointment of key management roles within the Company's California communities. The Company continues to employ a significant focus on retaining and developing a strong community-based management team to maximize value and efficiency delivered to financial institution clients partnering with Compushare.

Christopher Lappi and Tamara Thomas join the Compushare Technology Management Group as Client Technology Officers serving the Southern and Northern California communities respectively. Lappi and Thomas both bring extensive backgrounds in executive-level technology leadership for financial institutions and related industries. Prior to joining Compushare, Lappi maintained a strong focus on regulatory and compliance issues while supporting rapid organizational growth as Chief Information Officer at ResMAE Mortgage Corporation. Similarly, Thomas employs over 15 years' experience as a results-oriented IT leader implementing technology strategies to align with corporate goals and objectives. Prior to her role as Client Technology Officer, Thomas served as Director of Information Technology for Wachovia Bank, a large national bank with over $200 Billion in assets.

The Technology Management Group at Compushare was inaugurated in October of 2007, officially launching its client-focused program in April of 2008. The Technology Management Group is solely dedicated to enabling clients to strategically manage their technology plans and navigate the annual IT Lifecycle. Compushare clients defined as "strategic technology outsourcers" are assigned a dedicated Client Technology Officer to assist in planning initiatives providing a key resource to coordinate and manage the firm-to-firm relationship between the institution and Compushare.

With over 30 years of management experience, including 15 years in hi-tech industries, Shield's background includes running day-to-day operations, departmental management and policy oversight. He most recently served as the Director of Information Technology for a Silicon Valley hi-tech firm where he provided leadership to promote the efficient management of the Information Systems department.
