Computer Modelling Group Declares Quarterly and Special Dividends

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - May 25, 2011) - Computer Modelling Group Ltd. (TSX:CMG) ("CMG" or the "Company") announces a 5% increase in its quarterly dividend to $0.21 per Common Share. In addition, as a result of the exceptional financial performance that the company achieved in its fiscal year ended March 31, 2011, CMG also declares a special dividend of $0.20 per Common Share. The combined quarterly and special dividends of $0.41 per share will be paid on June 15, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 9, 2011.
