Computer Modelling Group Mailing of Annual Meeting Materials and Guidance Regarding Canadian Postal Disruption

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - June 21, 2011) - Computer Modelling Group Ltd. (TSX:CMG) ("CMG" or the "Company") announces that it has commenced mailing to CMG shareholders, materials relating to the Annual General Meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting"), including the Notice of Meeting, Management Information Circular and Form of Proxy (collectively, the "Meeting Materials"). Some shareholders may also have received a Voting Instruction Form. The Meeting is scheduled to be held at 10:00 a.m. (Calgary time) on July 7, 2011 at the offices of CMG.

In light of the postal service disruption in Canada, the physical delivery of the Meeting Materials to certain CMG shareholders may be delayed. Accordingly, CMG shareholders who do not receive their Meeting Materials in a timely fashion are encouraged to access and review electronic copies of the Meeting Materials, which are available on SEDAR at

CMG recommends that shareholders transmit their voting instructions by Internet, telephone or fax in the manners described in the Meeting Materials to ensure the delivery of such instructions is not delayed by the postal disruption. Registered and non-objecting beneficial shareholders may contact Computershare Trust Company of Canada ("Computershare") at 1-800-564-6253 to obtain the information required to transmit their voting instructions. Objecting beneficial shareholders should contact their broker or other intermediary to arrange for the transmission or delivery of their voting instructions.
