ComWest Enterprise Announces Issue of Class A Shares

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 28, 2011) - ComWest Enterprise Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CWP)(TSX VENTURE:CWP.A) (the "Company") announces that it has issued a total of 7,000,000 Class A Restricted Equity Shares ("Class A Shares") from treasury upon the conversion of all of the outstanding convertible 8% cumulative preferred shares of the Company. In accordance with the share rights attached to the preferred shares, each preferred share was converted into 7 Class A Shares. Following the issuance of Class A Shares, there are now 8,084,301 Class A Shares, 2,256,898 Class B Voting Common Shares and no preferred shares outstanding.
