CONCACAF Men's World Cup Qualifying Matches Coming Directly to Your Home on PPV

More Than 40 Matches Available Beginning September 2011

HOBOKEN, NJ--(Marketwire - Jul 11, 2011) - Integrated Sports Media, the industry leader in PPV sporting events, is pleased to announce it has acquired the rights to more than 40 first, second and final round CONCACAF World Cup Qualifying matches that will be aired on Pay Per View.

Integrated is bringing soccer, the world's most popular sport, directly to its most loyal followers in the United States beginning in September 2011.

The schedule of games will be determined following the World Cup qualifying draw, which takes place July 30, 2011 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

First round telecasts airing between September and November feature such teams as El Salvador, Guatemala and Haiti, with more action to be announced following the draw.

Then, from June 2012 through October 2012, as the action gets tighter and the games more important, Integrated Sports offers must-see Second Round action showcasing action with El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Canada, Costa Rica and Panama.

Finally, as the 2014 World Cup gets closer and teams are battling it out for their spot in soccer's biggest and most important event, Integrated Sports delivers hexagonal (final) round qualifying action that will determine three berths for the World Cup. The final round matches take place between February and October 2013, leading up to the World Cup in Brazil.

In all, between 43 and 46 matches will be available in the United States and Canada, one of the largest television packages of World Cup Qualifying games ever shown in North America.

Soccer continues to grow a passionate fan base in the U.S. The 2010 World Cup set television ratings records, with some matches eclipsing baseball's World Series ratings. The average ratings were on par with the NBA playoffs and NHL's Stanley Cup Finals.

Specific prices and scheduling information will be available at www.integratedsportsnet.com or from your PPV provider.

"Following the PPV success of the 2010 CONCACAF World Cup Qualifiers, we couldn't be more thrilled to offer up the 2014 qualifying matches," said Doug Jacobs, President of Integrated Sports Media. "We look forward to working again with Traffic Sports USA on the 2014 WCQ's and being able to offer great soccer action to the fans right in their homes."
