ConcertoHealth Names Stacey Zierath Washington Market President

Seasoned Healthcare Veteran to Lead State-Wide Expansion of New Care Model for Complex Medical Needs Patients

KENT, WA--(Marketwired - Feb 4, 2016) - ConcertoHealth (formerly Fidelis SeniorCare) today announced the appointment of Stacey Zierath as Washington Market President. With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare ambulatory operations, Zierath will head ConcertoHealth's operations throughout the state of Washington, including Care Centers in King, Snohomish and Pierce counties as well as home and facility-based care delivery, patient engagement and care management.

Zierath has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare ambulatory operations in Washington at organizations such as Virginia Mason Medical Center, CHI Franciscan Medical Group and, most recently, as vice president of operations for PeaceHealth Medical Group. Zierath was responsible for growth at CHI Franciscan and was operational lead for the design and construction of four ambulatory medical clinics in Wash., including: Puyallup, Tacoma, Bonney Lake and Auburn. She has served on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Whatcom County and volunteered for many community-based organizations including Komen of Puget Sound, the Franciscan Foundation and the Tacoma Rescue Mission.
