Conco Expands Heat Exchanger Cleaning Services

Improved Automated Shell-Side Cleaning Systems Introduced

PITTSBURGH, PA--(Marketwire - Oct 4, 2011) - Conco Industrial Services is pleased to announce the immediate availability of its automated shell-side heat exchanger cleaning services. "The new technology typically operating at 10,000 psi or more, removes hardened process deposits from the shell-side of industrial heat transfer equipment," says Eric Fayard, Conco's Manager of Marketing. "The technology augments our already successful line of tube-side cleaning technologies making Conco a single-source provider of Total Heat Exchanger Performance™ services."

A Total Heat Exchanger Performance™ Approach
"With the addition of automated shell-side cleaning, no other industrial services company offers more ways to clean heat transfer equipment than Conco," says Eric Fayard. "Depending on our customers' site-specific needs, Conco delivers technology-based cleaning services through systems like our liquid nitrogen powered NitroLance™ or our water-powered technologies including HydroDrill™, hydro-blasting or our patented ProSeries™ cleaning system utilizing Conco's full-line of TruFit™ tube cleaners."

In addition to cleaning services, Conco's Total Heat Exchanger Performance™ program also delivers nondestructive testing services such as eddy current (ECT) and remote field eddy current (RFT) testing, ultrasonic internal rotating inspection (IRIS) as well as its TotalTracer™ leak detection systems. "Our total performance approach improves our customers' heat exchanger efficiency, reliability and availability through a coordinated delivery of state-of-the-art systems," says Fayard, "saving them time and money over conventional cleaning and testing services."
