Condor Closes $975,000 Financing

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 8, 2010) - Condor Resources Inc. - ("Condor" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CN) is pleased to announce that it has closed the non brokered private placement announced on August 25, 2010. A total of 3,000,000 units (the "Units") were sold at a price of $0.325 per Unit for gross proceeds of $975,000. Each Unit consists of one common share and one half of one transferable common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each whole Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.375 until the first anniversary of the Closing and thereafter at a price of $0.40 per Warrant Share until the second anniversary of the Closing. The Company paid a finder's fee in the amount of 100,000 common shares in connection with the private placement.

All the securities issued pursuant to this private placement are subject to a hold period which expires on January 4, 2011.

The net proceed of the Offering will be used for the exploration of the Pucamayo Property in Peru, for further exploration of the Condo de Oro Property, Peru, and for working capital.
