Conforce Acquires U.S. Facility for Production of EKO-FLOR

TORONTO--(Marketwire - October 19, 2010) -  Conforce International, Inc. ("Conforce" or "Company") (OTCBB: CFRI) (OTCQB: CFRI) is pleased to announce that it has purchased a 155,000 square foot facility from auto parts manufacturer Trelleborg YSH, Inc. The facility is situated on approximately 16.5 acres of land located in the City of Peru, Indiana. Through its U.S. subsidiary, Conforce USA, Inc., the facility will act as the Company's initial manufacturing outpost for commercial production of EKO-FLOR composite flooring panels for the North American truck and trailer market.

The facility will be equipped with technologically advanced production equipment and processes designed specifically for the manufacture of EKO-FLOR. At full capacity, the facility will have annual production capacity sufficient to equip in excess of 50,000 full sized 53' highway trailers. The Company's objective is to begin delivering EKO-FLOR panels to leading North American truck and trailer manufacturers by January 2011.

CEO Marino Kulas commented that: "The acquisition of the Indiana facility represents an important milestone for the Company. We will work closely with our strategic partner Bayer to ensure the timely execution of our plan to bring production capacity of the facility on-line. As demand for EKO-FLOR increases, we will scale our operations by adding new facilities to our US footprint. We have established a beachhead and will now ramp-up production."

About Conforce International

Management of the Company has been in the shipping container and highway trailer business for over 25 years. The Company has developed an innovative composite flooring system, EKO-FLOR, engineered to replace the outmoded hardwood flooring currently employed by the transportation industry. The Company is targeting its initial sales efforts on the container and trailer industries which have been aggressively seeking a viable replacement for apitong tropical hardwood and laminated oak flooring, respectively. EKO-FLOR is significantly lighter, stronger and more durable than wood. The product possesses superior quality and performance characteristics including complete resistance to stains, odors, absorption of oil or liquid chemicals, microbial and insect attack. EKO-FLOR will not corrode, delaminate or absorb water. The solution is cost-effective, has a reduced carbon footprint and is environmentally responsible. In 2009, Conforce and Bayer, a leading global material sciences conglomerate, became project partners for the purposes of commercializing EKO-FLOR. The product has been certified by the American Bureau of Shipping for use in ocean-going containers worldwide and recently passed TTMA RP-37 certification for use in highway trailers. The Company has commenced customer evaluations of its product with top-tier shipping lines and highway trailer manufacturers. For more information on the Company, please visit
