Conforce International Announces Multi-Year Extension to Strategic Partnership With Bayer MaterialScience LLC

TORONTO--(Marketwire - September 10, 2010) -  Conforce International, Inc. ("Conforce" or "Company") (OTCBB: CFRI) (OTCQB: CFRI) is pleased to announce that it has extended its strategic partnership with Bayer MaterialScience LLC ("Bayer") to March 31, 2014. Bayer is one of the leading global polymer manufacturers with 30 production sites on six continents. Bayer is a division of Bayer AG, a recognized leader in health care, nutrition and the development of advanced materials.

The objective of the partnership remains to enable Conforce and Bayer to leverage their respective strengths as they work toward the successful commercialization of EKO-FLOR. Since February 2009 when the partnership was first established, Conforce and Bayer have developed efficient production processes and best practices in order to transition the Company's single-line development centre into a scalable multi-line operation. The partnership will continue to provide Conforce with key support in the areas of advanced design and material analysis, technical know-how and expertise, and a global material supply chain consistent with the projected volume requirements of EKO-FLOR.

Harry George, Manager New Applications, Polyurethanes, Bayer MaterialScience LLC commented that, "Bayer is very pleased to be part of this industry changing project. EKO-FLOR could possibly transform the future of transportation design and engineering as we know it. Bayer is excited to join Conforce in the next stage of the EKO-FLOR initiative which includes the development of product designs for new applications and scaling up to multi-facility global production capacity. The strategic relationship between Bayer and Conforce has never been stronger."

Conforce President Perry Pearlman added that, "Our relationship with Bayer has been an integral component in the development of EKO-FLOR. Through the collaborative efforts of Conforce and Bayer, we have developed a highly proprietary continuous production process. The next stage in our development will focus on the deployment of this expertise as we establish Conforce production facilities globally."

About Conforce International

Management of the Company has been in the shipping container and highway trailer business for over 25 years. The Company has developed an innovative composite flooring system, EKO-FLOR, engineered to replace the outmoded hardwood flooring currently employed by the transportation industry. The Company is targeting its initial sales efforts on the container and trailer industries which have been aggressively seeking a viable replacement for apitong tropical hardwood and laminated oak flooring, respectively. EKO-FLOR is significantly lighter, stronger and more durable than wood. The product possesses superior quality and performance characteristics including complete resistance to stains, odors, absorption of oil or liquid chemicals, microbial and insect attack. EKO-FLOR will not corrode, delaminate or absorb water. The solution is cost-effective, has a reduced carbon footprint and is environmentally responsible. In 2009, Conforce and Bayer, a leading global material sciences conglomerate, became project partners for the purposes of commercializing EKO-FLOR. The product has been certified by the American Bureau of Shipping for use in ocean-going containers worldwide and recently passed TTMA RP-37 certification for use in highway trailers. The Company has commenced customer evaluations of its product with top-tier shipping lines and highway trailer manufacturers. For more information on the Company, please visit www.conforceintl.com.
