Since the April acquisition of ActionGrid and Novatus, the Conga suite, still anchored by Conga Composer, has expanded to address data management, document generation, contract lifecycle management and reporting. Now, customers can benefit from new enhancements that will further increase productivity and streamline numerous processes.

Conga Novatus v7.0 is now available to all users and includes the following features:

• Automatic Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Upload allows MS Word and PDF files to be automatically scanned when uploaded so users can run a document search based on specific keywords, or name, in the body of the document
  
  
• Copy Contract Wizard allows users to create a new Contract Profile by making a copy of an existing profile
  
  
• Streamlined Comparison tools allow users to compare PDF, Word, and Excel files more effectively
  
  
• Conga SalesConnect updates include customizable Contract page layout and ability to map custom fields on the Conga Novatus contract page layout back to Conga Novatus
  
  
• Advanced Analytics is now available as a Beta release to select customers and will be available later this year to provide insights into the contracting process to help identify ways to gain efficiency with custom reporting and dashboards
  
  
• Clause Management is now available as a Beta release to select customers and will be available later this year to help identify variances in clauses across contracts, including revisions from vendors and customers
