VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 23, 2012) - Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines Limited - Laurel Hill Advisory Group would like to congratulate the newly elected directors of Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines Limited. The Shareholders overwhelming supported the nominees at the court-ordered Annual General Meeting. On Tuesday, October 16, 2012, the shareholders of the Company approved the election of Hongxue Fu, Shaun Dykes, Stanislaw Siewierski, Joseph Baird, John Moeller and Long Wang as directors of the Company.

The results of the meeting come after a lengthy court process, in which the British Columbia Supreme Court ruled that the results of the original AGM held in December, 2011 be invalid and all resolutions passed be null and void. This decision was made due to a number of factors, including what the judge described as, "serious flaws in the voting procedures used by Mosquito [management] in relation to the AGM held on December 16, 2011".
