Congressman Charles Rangel to Address USCIB Award Gala


NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 1, 2006 --New York Congressman Charles B. Rangel, slated to be the new chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee when Democrats take control of Congress in January, will address members of the United States Council for International Business at the group's annual award dinner on Monday, December 4 in New York City.
