Connectyx Technologies Releases Corporate Update on Company's Personal Health Records Business Plan

New MedFlash® Distributors to Be Announced in January

PALM CITY, FL--(Marketwire - December 21, 2010) -  Connectyx Technologies Holdings Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CTYX) ("Connectyx"),, manufacturer and distributor of the MedFlash®, the nation's premier Personal Health and Wellness Management System (PHM) for maintaining personal health records (PHR), released a corporate update for its shareholders highlighting progress in the past four months.

Connectyx has been ramping up its marketing and distribution of MedFlash® including the following initiatives:

  • CTYX launched a distributor recruitment program to include distributors with proven track records in selling products and services to large membership organizations, insurance companies, health management organizations (HMOs), corporate human resource departments, and large physician practices. 
  • The Company is currently talking with a number of organizations with membership rolls of over 100,000 members which have expressed interest in offering MedFlash®.
  • CTYX has recently included Angie's List's ( consumer physician rating service, discounted dental plans, Instant Amber Missing Child alert, and other health and wellness programs such as Medi-Climate to further appeal to the electronic medical records/personal health records marketplace.
  • The MedFlash® Mobile App is now active for all members who have smart phones at no additional charge and currently works as part of the MedFlash® In Case of Emergency (I.C.E.) services to further assist in releasing life-saving information to first responders.

Connectyx to File its Fourth Quarter and Annual Report in Early January

The Company reported $111,838 for the first nine months of the fiscal year 2010 (ended September 30th) and will report its Fourth Quarter and Annual Report for 2010 in January. After the 2010 filings, Connectyx management will provide shareholders with some financial guidance for the 2011. The First Quarter, 2011 financial report is expected in mid-February.

Company Dramatically Decreased Operational Expenses in 2010

Connectyx has reduced its overall operating costs by over 50% since the first of the year through headcount reduction, outsourcing and the cumulative effects of assessing all ancillary costs not directly associated with providing MedFlash® services to subscribers. In addition, the Company has not increased its marketing costs while expanding its marketing efforts through the Company's adoption of a distributor/agent business model that compensates distributors on a "success fee" or commission basis.
