Connie Elder International, Creators of Lipo in a BOX®, Launches UNDEROLOGY.COM at the AICI Convention

Company Enjoys Record-Breaking Year; Gives Back to Community in a Variety of Ways

NASHVILLE TN and TAMPA BAY, FL--(Marketwire - May 19, 2008) - Connie Elder is not a woman who stands still while good things are happening to her company. Her very successful line of slimming undergarments, Lipo in a BOX®, was featured on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" (twice), as well as "The Today Show," among others. In the wake of this success, Connie and her team launched an exciting new line of UNDEROLOGY SMART skin care products at the AICI Convention (May 15-18) in Tampa Bay, Florida.

"We are thrilled to announce the creation of Underology at the Association of Image Consultants conference in Tampa Bay," said Connie Elder, Founder and President of Connie Elder International. "The Underology concept allows women to build confidence and self-esteem while feeling rejuvenated and looking younger. Our full line of products, now collectively known as Underology, is the culmination of years of study and incorporates feedback from thousands of customers," she said.

Underology, referred to as "the science of what's underneath," is a new brand concept that stems from the belief that all things beautiful develop from underneath.

Shapewear from the Lipo in a BOX line is the foundation under your clothing that makes you look your best. Skin care from the new UNDEROLOGY SMART skin care line builds healthy skin from the foundation up.

The Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) was the natural choice to host the launch of Underology. The AICI is a non-profit professional association of personal and corporate image consultants worldwide. AICI works to advance the level of professionalism and enhance the recognition of image consultants.

AICI members counsel individual and corporate clients on appearance, behavior, communication skills, etiquette and international protocol. Their members guide clients to achieve their specific goals with authenticity, credibility and confidence.

In the past year, Connie Elder's Lipo in a Box brand has become recognized in households internationally. She has taken her knowledge and dedication of the "average woman's" fashion needs to offer more than 40 products. What started out as a line of slimming undergarments now includes a successful line of SMART bras, SMART intimates and SMART skin care products. The full line can be viewed at

Appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show

Periodically, Oprah Winfrey hosts the much anticipated 'How to look good at any age' fashion segment on her program. Experts from all over the world come to discuss the latest trends and fashions. They provide helpful hints for the practical woman in her 30s and 40s and to those looking to age gracefully entering into their 50s and 60s.

Charla Krupp, author of the best-selling book "How Not To Look Old," presented a model wearing an outfit complemented by a Lipo in a Box undergarment underneath.

"What do they call it? Lipo in a BOX!" said Oprah. Her comments created an online buzz as over one million viewers visited on the first day the show aired. Lipo in a Box products have also mentioned in Oprah's O magazine.

Oprah was not the only one who has been paying attention. Connie Elder's products were discussed on QVC, "The Today Show," and "The View," as well as mentioned in Glamour Magazine, More Magazine, First Magazine, The Washington Post, and others.

With all of the attention and success that Connie Elder has received, she has been very excited to give back.
