Consorteum Holdings Signs Mobile Application Development and Business Deal With Bet Butler Limited

ThreeFiftyNine to Develop a Comprehensive Mobile Offering for the Bet Clearer Software Betting Solution

("Consorteum" or the "Company") (OTCQB: CSRH), an international transaction management and mobile solutions provider, today announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, ThreeFiftyNine Inc., has entered into a binding agreement with Bet Clearer Ltd., the parent company of Bet Butler Ltd., to develop a mobile offering for Bet Clearer's existing web-based betting concierge service.

Per the agreement, ThreeFiftyNine will enable Bet Butler to create mobile solutions that allow for the delivery of mobile content across a wide range of devices. ThreeFiftyNine simplifies the delivery of a rich mobile experience to the end user by addressing compliance, administration and distribution of mobile content to any handset. The overarching goal is to reduce the complexities of the mobile world and simplify the publishing of digital content.

Bet Butler is a technology driven global bet broking service -- essentially a middleman between bettors and bookmakers. Their value proposition offers a number of benefits, the key being that they offer gamblers the best odds in the world. TFN is developing a mobile version of their world-class service that is targeted for release during the fourth quarter of 2014. This release will allow their clients to place a bet from whichever bookmaker has the best price.
