Consorteum Holdings Signs Mobile Application Development Contract With Bet Butler Limited

Bet Clearer's Mobile Software Betting Solution to Reside on the ThreeFiftyNine Platform

INCLINE VILLAGE, NV--(Marketwired - Jun 10, 2014) - Consorteum Holdings, Inc. ("Consorteum" or the "Company") (OTCQB: CSRH), an international transaction management and mobile solutions provider, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, ThreeFiftyNine Inc. ("TFN"), has entered into a development contract with Bet Clearer Ltd., the parent company of Bet Butler, to develop a mobile application for Bet Clearer's existing web-based betting concierge service.

Per the agreement, TFN will port the current Bet Clearer mobile solution onto the ThreeFiftyNine mobile platform. The TFN hybrid mobile platform facilitates secure, economical delivery of mobile content across a wide range of mobile devices. TFN simplifies the delivery of a rich mobile experience to the end user by addressing compliance, administration and distribution of mobile content to any handset. The overarching goal is to reduce the complexities of the mobile world and simplify the publishing of digital content.

The initial contract provides for development, completion and release of a full mobile application for Bet Clearer Ltd. This commercial agreement calls for an upfront development fee, along with a joint revenue share between the two companies for future revenues. The distribution plan calls for a beta release in the UK in Q4 of this year with future markets to follow. While the mobile application development phase is in process, the parties will continue discussions regarding ongoing business arrangements and potential revenue share and partnership opportunities.

Bet Butler is a technology-driven global bet broking service -- essentially a middleman between bettors and bookmakers. Their value proposition offers a number of benefits, the key being that they offer gamblers the best odds in the world. TFN is developing a mobile version of their world-class service that is targeted for release during the fourth quarter of 2014. This release will allow their clients to place a bet from whichever bookmaker has the best price. The mobile solution will automatically detect the client's location and deliver services only in regulated and completely legal locations.

Andy Hosie, Managing Director of Bet Clearer, commented, "Upon evaluation of numerous mobile solution candidates, we are pleased to announce our decision to partner with TFN. The ability of their new cloud-based computing platform to deliver our core services to any mobile device was a clear winner for us. Their platform will provide the perfect solution to our mobile gaming needs."

Craig Fielding, CEO of Consorteum and president of TFN, commented, "Today's announcement expands further on our previous release with Bet Clearer and lays the foundation for many more exciting regional rollouts. We are excited to initiate our launch in the UK and providing Bet Clearer's customers the convenience and security that the TFN mobile platform provides."
