Consortium Buhe di De Groupe Scolaire Pay Quizam $10,000 for Congo Non-Exclusive Distribution Rights

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 19, 2007) - Quizam Media Corporation ("Quizam" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:QQ) is pleased to announce that the Consortium Buhedi De Groupe Scolaire Communautaire (CBGSCOM) has purchased a non-exclusive Quizam Licence for $10,000. CBGSCOM plans to promote and distribute Quizam software in the Congo as a means to help eliminate illiteracy. Under the terms of the contract in addition to the license fee Quizam will receive 40% of all revenue. In addition CBGSCOM has the "First Right of Refusal" to purchase the exclusive right for $250,000.

CBGSCOM and the Democratic Republic of Congo have formed a partnership to provide basic education for students in the Congo and surrounding areas in South African countries. February 6, 2007, Irene Dual, Director of New Business met with Schiko Buabadi Lobo, Founder and Jose Buabadi, President of CBGSCOM and with a government representative of the Democratic Republic of Congo to discuss how Quizam software could be used as a study aid for students from K-12. Jose Buabadi, acknowledged that Quizam is an efficient learning tool because, "There is no barrier, no intimidation in the learning process."

July 31, 2007 the brothers travelled to the Congo and neighbouring countries and introduced Quizam Educational Software. Reverend LaLa Unsi LIbay, Coordinator of the National Protestant Bureau expressed his interest in Quizam by letter.

Initially CBGSCOM will distribute Quizam to 60 Protestant and Catholic Schools that have computers and the infrastructure to support technology in the classroom; a total population of 60,000 students. Once Quizam is established they will reinvest funds in poorer areas; giving them the opportunity to use Quizam to study and learn with.
