Constellation Software Announces Changes to its Senior Management Team

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 20, 2007) - Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU) announced today that Brock Philp has resigned as the CEO of Gary Jonas Computing Ltd. ("Jonas"). In addition to his current duties, Barry Symons, Constellation's CFO will assume the CEO role at Jonas. It is anticipated that Mr. Symons will eventually transition out of the CFO role at Constellation and will focus all of his efforts on leading the Jonas team.

Mr. Symons has been with Constellation for over 10 years and in that time has held several senior roles.
