Constellation Software Inc. Acquires the Assets of the DarWine Business from eSkye Solutions Inc.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 3, 2007) - Constellation Homebuilders Systems ("CHS"), a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU) announced today that Orion Wine Software Inc. ("Orion"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CHS, has completed the acquisition of the assets of the DarWine business from eSkye Solutions Inc.
