Constellation Software Inc. Acquires Common CENTS® Solutions, Inc.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 1, 2009) - Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU) announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Computrition, Inc. ("Computrition"), the acquisition of Common CENTS Solutions, Inc. ("Common CENTS"). Common CENTS is a leading provider of room service automation and Point-Of-Sale technology, primarily serving the healthcare foodservice arena.

Computrition President & CEO, Scott Saklad, states, "We are pleased to add Common CENTS to the Computrition family of solutions. We will continue to build on Common CENTS' strong, well established customer base and flagship product line."
