Constellation Software Inc. Acquires the Local Government Suite of Solutions from Innoprise Software Inc.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 29, 2011) -Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU) announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary N. Harris Computer Corporation ("Harris"), the acquisition of the local government suite of solutions from INNOPRISE SOFTWARE, INC ("Innoprise").

The Innoprise software assets are being purchased by Harris, & the Innoprise employees will work for a newly formed subsidiary affiliated with Harris' MS Govern local government business unit. Innoprise will continue to sell, develop, enhance, support and service the Innoprise flagship solutions.
