Constellation Software Inc. Files Preliminary Prospectus for Proposed Secondary Offering of Common Shares

Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU) announced today that it has filed a preliminary prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Canada in connection with a proposed secondary offering of its common shares.

TD Securities Inc. is the sole bookrunner for the offering with CIBC World Markets Inc. as co-lead manager. The syndicate also includes Cormark Securities Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc.
