Constellation Software's Jonas Division Completes Acquisition of Shortcuts Software Limited

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 31, 2013) - Further to its previous press release of November 27, 2013 in connection with its takeover offer of an appointment scheduling software provider, Shortcuts Software Limited ("Shortcuts"), Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU) today announced that its Jonas division has completed the acquisition of all of the outstanding shares of Shortcuts.
