Consumer Acquisitions Is Proceeding Into the Fourth Quarter Strong

MAUMEE, OH--(Marketwired - Sep 11, 2014) - Consumer Acquisitions is growing quickly. With new clients and divisions on the horizon, Consumer Acquisitions has implemented a manager training program to help meet the needs of their growth. As Consumer Acquisitions gains new clients and growth opportunities, they need more upper level managers to help with the expansion. With clients in the consumer electronics, home entertainment and communications industries, Consumer Acquisitions is projecting to finish strong in the fourth quarter.

A locally owned Maumee, Ohio based marketing firm, Consumer Acquisitions represents an array of clients. They are projected to expand this year into cities across the country, with a goal of eight new markets in 2014 alone. Their marketing firm focuses on their top team members and cross training them from an entry level marketing and sales position into a management role in under a year. They develop leadership skills and groom them for upper level management. Teaching them to utilize hard work, motivation and a great attitude, Consumer Acquisitions makes their training program look seamless. Manager Mark Kasik explains, "Our Manager in Training position has two phases. Phase one develops the ability to represent fortune 500 clients professionally and to read and relate to potential customers. The second phase teaches an individual managerial skills, training and developing others, motivating and leading from the front and coaching conversations."

Mark, the Manager of Consumer Acquisitions, was born and raised in and around Chicago and moved to Boyceville, Wisconsin in high school. An avid baseball and basketball player, Mark was a walk-on baseball player for the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with the intention to obtain a business degree. Injured during tryouts, he attended for 2 years. Mark took time off of school to work in a garage door factory 3rd shift for five years. During which he attended a technical college to obtain his associates in Marketing and Management. Shortly after graduation Mark found an opportunity in Bloomington, Minnesota. After only six weeks he was promoted into an Account Executive position and in just nine and a half months became an Assistant Manager. Mark managed his first branch in St. Paul, Minnesota. Offering the same opportunity for others, he has now promoted 21 managers nationwide in the last 6 years.

In 2013 alone, Consumer Acquisitions expanded six times and has a goal of 8 more this year, only four shy of their goal going into the fourth quarter. When asked about something that motivates him, Mark stated, "You will get all you want in life if you help enough people get what they want." (quoting Zig Ziglar)

Consumer Acquisitions has a firm philosophy of promoting from within and recognizing those that do a huge job. Having just come back from their national Manager meeting where Consumer Acquisitions brought 20 managers from around the country, they are very excited about their trip to Mexico in November to celebrate another huge year.
