Consumer Credit Capital Launches "5 Red Flags Credit Repair" Texas Program

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - Nov 16, 2011) - Credit Repair has developed over thousands of hours and years of experience the "5 Red Flags Credit Repair" Program which is effective in helping consumers when dealing with credit bureaus, collectors and original creditors. Find out firsthand why Texans everywhere are taking advantage of Credit Repair Texas.

Consumer Credit Capital uses their "5 Red Flags Credit Repair" Program to qualify a consumer for their credit repair program. The program focuses on 5 flags to bad credit: judgments, over-indebtedness, charged off accounts, collection accounts and late payments. To qualify, a client must have income above expenses, commit to responsible use of credit and participate in a free credit repair evaluation including a review of the client's credit reports and credit scores. The "5 Red Flags Credit Repair" Program includes a review of:

1. Judgment: A judgment is recorded on a credit report after evidence is presented to a judge stating the debt, including other expenses surrounding the debt. Once a judgment is entered you can still negotiate to resolve the debt.

2. Indebtedness: Specifically, credit utilization. Credit balances carried at more than 70% of limit lower a credit score. Balances around 20% of correctly reported limits maximize a credit score. Several credit cards are required.

3. Charge off: A company's accounts receivable deemed uncollectible. A charge off is still collectible debt. Charge offs on a credit report can be devastating. 2 year old charge offs have limited credit score effect.

4. Collection Account: Account arises when a creditor assigns a debt for the purpose of collection. A debt collector is not allowed to collect any amount (including any interest fee, charge or expense incidental to the principal obligation) unless such amount is expressly authorized and permitted by law.

5. Late Payments: Payment reporting and payment penalties are governed by the Fair Credit and Billing Act (FCBA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act (FACTA). Creditors can not threaten to report to any person adversely on the credit report until/unless conditions have been satisfied.
