Contec Innovations Signs Partnership Agreement with Chinese Internet Service Provider

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - June 15, 2005) - Contec Innovations Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BUZ) -

Company also activates two new sales channels to target China's Mobile Network Operators

Contec Innovations, a provider of mobile Internet infrastructure software, has signed a definitive Partnership Agreement with Beijing-based Gosun to share revenues generated by Gosun's deployment of the Hornet™, Contec's Mobile Services Delivery Platform, which has been successfully installed and tested at Gosun's facility.

Contec and Gosun will share all revenues generated by this deployment once commercial mobile services have been launched over the China Mobile network, expected later in 2005. The initial contract term is approximately two years. Contec is currently providing training and technical assistance to Gosun to adapt current and future applications to operate on Hornet.

Gosun will be Contec's second customer operating under a Master Service Provider (MSP) business model and Contec's first MSP customer in Beijing. Gosun, a Beijing-based Internet Service Provider (ISP), has approximately 100,000 subscribers in Beijing, while parent company Gosun Online has approximately 1,000,000 subscribers across China. Gosun is leveraging its successful ISP business to push forward with its goal of becoming a major MSP in the China wireless marketplace.

Contec has also recently signed two new sales agents to broaden the Company's sales reach in China. Shanghai-based JiuHe and Beijing-based iWeYe will target Contec's next-level customers, the provincial operations of the two national mobile operators, China Mobile and China Unicom, which in total serve more than 300 million subscribers. JiuHe, with approximately 100 employees, and iWeYe, with approximately 40 employees, are focused on marketing and selling wireless value added solutions.
