Continan Subsidiary Vocalenvision, Inc. Signs Contracts With New European Partners as It Prepares to Launch Its Mobile Multilingual Services

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - August 27, 2007) - Continan Communications, Inc. (OTCBB: CNTN) is pleased to announce the signing of two new contracts between its wholly owned subsidiary, Vocalenvision, Inc. (V&V) and European partners Web Actor and Annatel Networks. The synergy created by these partnerships is expected to expand V&V's innovative MMS (Mobile Multilingual Service) technology, which translates into additional potential revenue generating services for V&V's multilingual mobile phone services for international travelers.

The collaboration with Web Actor, a company considered to be a pioneer in high quality call centers, is anticipated to enhance the quality and consistency of service for all V&V customers. Web Actor specializes in multilingual phone advisors, many of whom have already received specialized training for the V&V project. Web Actor combines a unique competence in multilingual human resources with a variety of advanced call center technologies that mesh well with the V&V product.

Annatel Networks is a European facilities-based telecommunications carrier that offers advanced Internet telephony services, most notably, its widely used VoIP PC-based soft phone product. Annatel owns and operates its own switching network that supports worldwide communications for landline, wireless and VoIP. It is anticipated that the Annatel European networking hubs will provide a conduit between V&V and the international wireless operator network. The end result will create flexibility and add a suppleness of network options that offer V&V a ubiquitous service footprint.

"Thanks to these recent affiliations, the services we can provide are exceptional," said Continan Chief Executive Officer, Claude Buchert. "From any mobile phone in Europe, individuals can place calls in their native language that can be translated seamlessly by a live private assistant, giving travelers access to native-language content will maximize their security and convenience while traveling in Europe. We expect traveling abroad with the V&V service will provide customers with better access to services than ever before."

Vocalenvision services include a Tele-Concierge, a live operator trained to provide instant translation, concierge, reservation, emergency assistance, personal support and other travel-related services to users. The conduit of V & V proprietary technology is an application that can be provided to any international wireless and mobile operator, which includes connecting its (revolutionary) innovative services to any mobile phone.

Vocalenvision maintains its network operations and primary customer service center at its Los Angeles headquarters and has strategic relationships with several service networks throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia.
