Continental Precious Minerals Inc. (TSX:CZQ) (the "Company", or "Continental") announces it has notified ExGen Resources Inc. of the Company's election not to proceed with its option to earn up to 75% interest in the DOK copper-gold porphyry property located approximately 40 kilometres southwest of Telegraph Creek, in northwest British Columbia, Canada.
