Continental Precious Minerals Inc. (TSX:CZQ) (the "Company", or "Continental") announces the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") held in Toronto, Ontario on November 30, 2016.
The detailed results of the votes cast for each director elected at the Meeting were as follows:

In addition, at the Meeting shareholders appointed Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP, Chartered Accountants, as auditors of Continental for the ensuing year and authorized the board of directors of the Company to fix the remuneration of the auditors.
