Continuing Success for Top Image Systems' eFLOW in Australia

The Australian Operation of Hanson PLC, the International Heavy Building Materials Producer, Has Implemented eFLOW to Automate Its Front-End Data Capture

TEL AVIV, ISRAEL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 10, 2006 -- Top Image Systems Ltd. (TIS), (NASDAQ: TISA), a leading innovator of data capture solutions, announced today that Hanson Construction Materials Pty Ltd (Hanson) has successfully implemented TIS' eFLOW Unified Content Platform for two of its key high volume business functions. CSC Australia Pty Limited (CSC) was the Systems Integrator for this project.

TIS provides automated data capture solutions that improve enterprise business processes by integrating data from multiple sources and of different types, such as invoices, freight and shipping bills, purchase orders, and others. TIS solutions seamlessly deliver the extracted data to enterprise applications such as document and content management, ERP, or CRM.

Being one of the world's leading heavy building materials companies, Hanson utilizes TIS' eFLOW solution as a core technology platform in its Australian operation to capture and process large volumes of vendor invoices and handwritten information on its outgoing dispatch dockets. The eFLOW solution has been configured to handle both paper-based and electronic invoices received via email.

Hanson operates in North America, the UK, Australia, Asia Pacific and Continental Europe and employs 27,400 people in 14 countries. For its Australian operation, the company desired a complete input management solution capable of capturing and automatically processing invoices as well as structured forms, such as online and offline dockets. All the information extracted from the invoices, including line items, is seamlessly delivered into SAP R/3 systems and IXOS' workflow.

"After considering alternate input management solutions in the market, we selected TIS' eFLOW, through its partnership with CSC," said Rob Downing, Chief Information Officer in Hanson. "eFLOW was chosen because it is the only solution that offers one unified platform to handle any kind of document in any format from any source. eFLOW integrates with any enterprise information system, including SAP, Oracle and others, addressing our need to process various documents and feed them into multiple systems."

"Hanson desired a complete and flexible input management system to handle various sources of information. With eFLOW, Hanson will be able to significantly streamline the processing of its documents, and benefit from a widely used and proven technology that we have spent 15 years refining," said Ido Schechter, CEO of Top Image Systems. "We are always pleased to partner with CSC, a global leading IT supplier. For TIS, this deal will serve as another valuable reference within the SAP sphere and the Australian market, where we hope to further strengthen our presence."
