Telluride Alpine Lodging Implements Agreement Express to Fully Automate Their Guest Check-in Process

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 14, 2011) - Recombo Inc. the global leader in Contract Management Software, today released a customer case study with Telluride Alpine Lodging, the largest vacation rental company in Telluride. Catering to the needs of more than 13,000 visitors to the area every year through an inventory of over 400 properties, from value to luxury; offering visitors a vast knowledge of Telluride and a diverse inventory of rental properties.

Telluride Alpine Lodging implemented Agreement Express, Recombo's contract management software to automate the guest check-in process.

Based on a referral, Telluride Alpine Lodging was introduced to Recombo and soon realized Agreement Express' ability to integrate with their back-office system Instant V12.NET, the vacation rental industry's web-based software, to fully automate the guest check-in process.

Information is auto-populated from their V12.NET system and registration packets are e-mailed to guests, who are required to fill in the mandatory credit card information; digitally sign and return registration forms by e-mail. Information gets routed into a marketing automation system, which sends a follow-up e-mail to guests with their check-in information including property maps and driving directions.

Since implementing Agreement Express, Telluride Alpine Lodging had experienced a 61% completion rate for their signed guest registrations and most notably, a large percentage of the registrations are signed and returned within ten minutes of receiving them.

As a result of implementing Agreement Express, Telluride Alpine Lodging has experienced a 100% improvement rate for lost charge-backs by implementing a digital signature component and mandatory fields to capture credit card information on guest registrations. In addition, Telluride Alpine Lodging has reduced their operational costs by 30k annually, by eliminating significant paper costs and the need for two full time employees to prepare the guest packets and check-in arriving guests. Customer satisfaction is also on the rise. Automating the process eliminates the need for guests to add additional travel time to physically check-in at one of the remote locations.
