Control Station Enters Joint Venture With Aware Technology

PDM Technology Will Be Added to the PlantESP Solution

PORTLAND, ME--(Marketwire - May 11, 2011) - Aware Technology, the provider of learning technology delivering Experience Management, Confidence Metrics and Anomaly Detection for HMI/SCADA, Historian and DCS systems announced that it has entered into a joint venture with Control Station of Tolland, CT.

The joint venture includes an exchange of technology and personnel. Aware Technology will benefit from the latest Silverlight developments to improve the Web administration and user experience of its Process Data Monitor (PDM) product, and by having Control Station as its first Vertical Market OEM. Control Station will benefit from the addition of PDM to its PlantESP PID optimization solution, enabling Control Station to significantly broaden its offering and have a unique competitive advantage.
