Convenience TV Announces Consultant Mr. George Balicky Joining Content Team

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - September 28, 2010) - Convenience TV Inc. (OTCBB: CRPZ) is pleased to announce that it has engaged Mr. George Balicky as a consultant to help develop content for the network.

President and CEO Norman Knowles states, "Mr. Balicky with his vast experience within the entertainment industry will be an asset to our content team in helping with the development of entertaining and relevant channel."

George Balicky is a music industry professional who has spent the majority of his career in the Pittsburgh region. Mr. Balicky was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Merchandising for National Record Mart, the nation's first music retail chain. NRM was based in Pittsburgh and had 182 stores throughout the country.

Mr. Balicky moved to the West Coast to become Vice President of National Accounts for Sacramento, CA-based Valley Media, the largest distributor of music and movies in the world. He returned to Pittsburgh as Vice President of National Accounts and Business Development for Galaxy Music Distributors and most recently was Director of Sales for Alliance Entertainment, a Source Interlink company, based in Florida.

Mr. Balicky also was the Executive Producer and Host (as George Blake) of Nuages/Jazz Café, a radio program that aired for 11 years in Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio over seven different radio stations. From that show came a CD entitled "George Blake's NUAGES" on the Narada Records label that sold 3,000 copies locally. Mr. Balicky also produced two series of CDs called "Galaxy of Hits" and "TOPspins" that were popular current hit compilation CDs that could be seen and heard on jukeboxes throughout the country.

Mr. Balicky has a Bachelor of Science degree from Robert Morris University where he majored in Marketing. George's experience in the music industry combined with his passion for music and love of Pittsburgh led him to The Pittsburgh Music Hall of Fame.
