Convenience TV Internalizes Operations

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - January 10, 2011) - Convenience TV Inc. (OTCBB: CRPZ) is pleased to announce that it has completed the internalization of its operations with the engagement of Jon Knowles, formerly with Outcast Media Inc. of Santa Monica, California, who brings 8 years of experience in Out of Home Media network operations.

Company President and CEO Norman Knowles said, "We believe that this internalization will eliminate third party involvement in our operations and over the long term substantially reduce our overhead, as well as our reliance on outside companies. We anticipate that we will be able to respond not only to our location's but our advertiser's requests more rapidly while at the same time having greater flexibility to target their core demographics on a regional basis with reduced costs."
