Converge Global, Inc and DDW Investment Announce Update to Previous Confirmation of Offer to Purchase

(OTC PINK: CVRG) (PINKSHEETS: CVRG)-- Alexander Shirokov, CEO of Converge Global, Inc. and Erik Brizgalis, CEO of DDW Investment GmbH are pleased to announce that further to the press release of July 10, 2014, the parties are confirming that DDW Investment is the company who made the offer to purchase all of the outstanding shares of CVRG and that instructions have been given to the transfer agent to send out proxies to the shareholders.
