QUÉBEC, QUÉBEC--(Marketwired - Nov. 21, 2013) - Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Quebec Region, has released a list of fishermen fined in October, 2013, for offences under the Fisheries Act.
The fines imposed on the offenders total $12,100. The offenders are:
