Coolpad Partners With B2X for Customer Care Support in Europe

Chinese Mobile Device Manufacturer Selects B2X as Primary Support Provider in Key European Markets


SAN FRANCISCO, CA and MUNICH, GERMANY--(Marketwired - Mar 11, 2014) - B2X Care Solutions, the leading provider of customer care for electronic devices, today announced that Coolpad, a leading Chinese smartphone manufacturer, has chosen B2X as the primary customer care provider for its new Android smartphone models in key European markets.

Coolpad devices are now being sold through several major European carriers in the across Europe.

B2X is supporting Coolpad's customer care with its Smart Service Platform, specifically its B2X SMARTLOGISTICS, SMARTREPAIR, and SMARTPARTS solutions. B2X SMARTLOGISTICS will support the collection, transportation, receiving, sorting and returning of electronic devices, B2X SMARTREPAIR will provide a scalable solution to ensure a consistent and reliable process to manage device repairs globally, and B2X SMARTPARTS will enable the optimization of spare parts' availability and inventory levels.
