Cooper Holding Corp Increases Inventory

COTTAGE GROVE, TN--(Marketwire - Apr 19, 2011) - Cooper Holding Corp (PINKSHEETS: SHAR), a publicly traded company engaged in the wholesale and retail sale of a diverse line of outdoor products through its wholly owned subsidiary Cooper Hunting Industries, Inc., is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has agreed to finance the delivery of inventory for its hunting products division.

The Company will be placing an order for 6,000 units of product to begin filling orders and stocking the shelves of its new warehouse. The order will contain a mix of the Chameleon Blind, both gun and archery models in two different camouflage patterns. In keeping with the business plan, these are to be the first of five containers the Company plans to move this year. The primary goal of the Company this year is to increase sales by 700% and use these funds to add new products to our line for 2012 so the Company may continue to grow.

Orders have already begun to arrive from distributors such as Big Rock Sports, Farris Brothers and Ellet Brothers. The Company is also talking with distributors in the Canadian and European markets, who are very interested in the uniqueness of the Cooper Hunting products.

"I believe we have a reasonable goal in place that will result in the exponential growth of this Company," Dan Cooper, President of Cooper Holding Corp
