CopyTele CEO to Speak at Prestigious 17th Annual Texas Bench Bar Conference

MELVILLE, NY--(Marketwired - October 30, 2013) - CopyTele, Inc. ("CTI") (OTCQB: COPY), a company specializing in patent monetization and patent assertion, today announced that its President and CEO, Robert Berman, will be a speaker at the 17th Annual Eastern District of Texas Bench Bar Conference. The Conference, which takes place from October 30th to November 1, is put on by the Eastern District of Texas Bar Association together with The Federal Circuit Bar Association and The Center for American and International Law. 

The conference will feature Judges, scholars, and top patent practitioners from throughout the country including Chief Judge Randall Rader (Fed Cir), Chief Judge Leonard Davis (ED Texas), Professor Arthur Miller, Malcolm Bales (US Atty, ED Texas), Judge Patrick Higginbotham (Fifth Circuit), Judge Susan Illston (ND Cal), Harriet Miers (Former Counsel to the President), Judge Marilyn Huff (S.D.
