NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Apr 28, 2014) - The Bauhouse Group announced today that The Corcoran Group has been retained as the exclusive marketing and sales agent for 515 West 29th Street, a $100+ million residential and retail development slated to occupy the only property in Manhattan framed on two sides by High Line Park. Corcoran Associate Broker Noble Black will spearhead sales for the project, which are anticipated to launch this fall.
