Cordia Adds Chinese Phone Numbers to Magellan and IP Communications Services

International Phone Numbers Now Available From 42 Countries

WINTER GARDEN, FL--(Marketwire - June 4, 2007) - Cordia Corporation (OTCBB: CORG), a global communications service provider, announced today that it would begin offering telephone numbers through its Magellan calling service from three major cities in China's Guangdong province, Guangzhou, Dongguan and Shenzhen. With the addition of China, the company now provides phone numbers from 42 different countries to mobile phones, landlines and IP services.

"As the world's most populous and fastest growing country, China is a valuable addition to our service offerings," said Joel Dupré, CEO of Cordia. "One primary difference separating us from our competitors is our focus on developing services that meet the needs of global communities and this service speaks directly to our customers who need to communicate to and from China."

Magellan makes dialing internationally as easy as making a local call by providing users with their own personal international phone number that can be linked to a mobile phone or landline. These new Chinese numbers allow friends, family and business associates based in China to call Magellan customers anywhere in the world without paying international long distance charges.

Located on the South coast of China, Guangdong is one of the nation's richest provinces with the highest total GDP. It is also home to over 100 million people and more than 35,000 companies that contributes approximately 12 percent of China's national economic output. Guangzhou, the provincial capital, has a population of 12 million, Shenzen has nine million and Dongguan has seven million residents. Shenzen is considered one of the most successful development zones in China, as industrial output continues to grow by more than 20 percent per year, making it the richest city in China.

Cordia brought Magellan to China in response to marketplace demand for an affordable and reliable alternative to conventional long-distance calling. To sign up for the service, customers can go to www.magnumbers.com.

Cordia offers two types of Magellan calling services -- the first is Private Magellan, where customers choose phone numbers from more than 300 cities in more than 40 countries for their landline and cell phones. Magellan customers are able to receive unlimited inbound phone calls on their own dedicated international phone numbers for a fixed monthly price while their internationally based callers pay only local rates.

The second is Global Magellan, where callers from around the world can reach customers with an access number programmed to his or her phone. For instance, a person in Asia can reach anyone in the world by dialing a local access number followed by the customer's MagNumber extension. The call rings on any landline or cell phone specified by the customer and the ring-to number can be changed "on-the-fly" online or over the phone. This new Global Magellan service includes a free global personal extension, local access numbers in over 300 international cities and no monthly fees.

"We obviously see enormous potential in this market and a definite need for our services," continued Mr. Dupré. "Individuals and businesses alike can now take advantage of the many benefits provided by Magellan."
